2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your booking is due one month before the arrival date. We will send you a reminder closer to the payment deadline to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
3. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within one month of the arrival date, full payment of the booking price is required at the time of reservation. This ensures that your booking is confirmed and secured.
4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer or mobile money (M-pesa) for your convenience. Our team will provide you with the necessary details to facilitate your payment securely.
5. Confirmation: Once the deposit or full payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details for your stay at Banana House Villa.
